About Us

Meet the Owner

Lori Ferrin has over 20 years of experience working with nonprofit, government, educational, and service organizations. She brings employment programs and supports to underserved community members, youth work based learning programs, and individuals transitioning from education programs into employment. She has provided employment services and support for diverse populations and has worked directly with people who are immigrating or refugees to the US, individuals and families experiencing homelessness, youth aging out of foster care, and people in transition from education into employment.

Programs

Lori has developed and conducted Train the Trainer workshops covering special needs transportation and career navigation to medical staff, social workers and case managers, and community members who work directly with patients and clients. She has also developed curriculum, materials, and activities for various programs including Job Readiness, Youth Work Internships, Youth and Keiki Mentorship, Volunteer Training, and Train the Trainer Trauma Informed Care Employment Programs.
