LGF Consulting Hawai’i delivers employment programs that equip you, or the clients you serve, with strategies, resources, and information. Choose from group workshops or an individualized program. We work with individuals, educational programs, nonprofit organizations, medical treatment programs, and community organizations to conduct on site or remote workshops and trainings. We provide information that will empower and support you, your staff members, and the communities you serve.

Workshops cover skill and interest assessment, job readiness activities, identifying strengths and workplace values, and strategies for building resilience, and managing stress.

Designed for students, recent graduates, or youth involved in career training. Workshops can be tailored to enhance skill building or focus on job readiness activities.

This is a 3 hour workshop that provides assessment tools and career exploration exercises for clients or students in transition.

Workshop participants will receive curriculum, program materials, PowerPoint presentation, and instructions on methods of support for clients or program participants in all aspects of employment preparation and job search.
